Popsongs meaning what???

 

Je hebt van die liedjes die je al je hele leven bij je draagt en waarvan je de songteksten maar een beetje fonetisch meezingt. Tot je eens gaat kijken waar die liedjes nu echt over gaan en dan moet je toch echt konkluderen dat sommige popsongs niets dan complete onzin bevatten. Ik pik er twee uit. De eerste is Witchita Lineman, dat prachtige lied van Glen Campbell. Hier is de tekst:

Legt u mij maar eens uit wat dit betekent. Ik begrijp er hoegenaamd niets van maar de song is onvergetelijk mooi!
